Candace Keem
Committee Member Candice is a dedicated and passionate advocate, ensuring people of all abilities are represented equally in the community. Candice is often best known as the Lead Producer of Community Living’s Got Talent ‘YES WE DO’; a production for people with all abilities to showcase their talent.

Daniel Ridsdale
Committee Member Daniel is a public servant with deep roots in developmental services. Daniel will share his keynotes on empathy and inclusion with just about anyone who will listen. He is an advocate, organizing through various boards, committees, and community programs.

Hugo Troccoli
Committee Member Hugo is a social service worker with a passion for making connections and developing skills using social media and new tech. Hugo spear-headed the social media presence for Community Living Oakville - leading to the creation of his latest brainchild, In The Loop Media.

Kate Parkinson
Committee Member Kate is dedicated to creating fully inclusive communities. She works closely with the Dream Weavers Self Advocate Group to promote awareness and rights for people with developmental disabilities. She is passionate about creating positive change.

Katherine Thomson
Committee Member Katherine is a dedicated worker. She has lent her clerical services to esteemed, elected officials. Katherine is also involved in community planning, advocacy, and peer relations. She is a consistent presence in all HSCC events, and contributes to all HSCC directions.

Katie Iampietro
Committee Member Katie has over a decade of experience working in social services. She has also volunteered in several woman and youth organizations. Katie is currently the Program Coordinator of LifeShare through Community Living Burlington. She seeks equitable, social inclusion for all.
